Our design office creates and makes makes the technical choices related to the production process starting from your ideas, parts or specifications. The final part’s optimisation is the result of an active exchange with your departments. The co-design and co-development with your engineers, technicians and design offices produce various modifications to the sizes, shapes and choice of grade (over 300 mastered grades), to the development of new grades and to metal analyses.
Our simulation tools reveal the alloy’s behaviour during the whole filling and solidification phase, in order for us to produce increasingly complex and compliant parts from the firts one produced.
