Le French Fab Tour, which takes place from January 2019, is a tour intended to:

  • Promoting industry and encouraging vocational vocations among young people
  • Connecting job seekers with local industry
  • Co-building the industry of tomorrow

To this end, new means have been implemented:

 

  • A French Fab village
  • 3 bus
  • 13 regions visited
  • 60 dates

 

Fonderies de Sougland, in view of their involvement in the French Fab, but also of their labeling « Vitrine Industrie du Futur », had to participate in an event whose objectives are not only to promote French industry. but also to attract young people to the trades of industry and to disseminate the concepts and technologies of the industry of the future.

Innovation, key to the success of the development of Entreprises du Patrimoine Vivant ?

From 22 to 25 november an extraordinary event took place at the Grand Palais in Paris:

 

L’Usine Extraordinaire, the factory that makes you change your mind about the factory!

 

As a « Vitrine Industrie du Futur » and comitted in French Fab, we could only be part of this event, intended to inspire new generations and show how industry reinvents itself every day to meet humanity’s great challenges, how it connects talent and creates bond and wealth,

« Immersive experiments, dialogues with technicians, engineers and workshops’ managers, discovery of production lines recreated on site, virtual reality, exhibition of monumental machines… and exciting lectures. The « Extraordinary Factory » wanted to be resolutely open, experiential and attractive through four universes: Invent, Manufacture, Connect and Share. »

Our general manager, Mr. Yves Noirot, was interviewed on the TV set, the sounding board of all those who make the Extraordinary Factory and highlight their contribution to dynamism of french industry:

Fonderies de Sougland took part on the 05 april 2018 to Rail Industry Meetings, at the cité des congrès in Valenciennes. Rail Industry Meetings are a key event for international players in rail industry. This event was held at competitiveness hub I-trans, of which Fonderies de Sougland are members. M. Yves Noirot, CEO of Fonderies de Sougland, presented our skills and competencies in a pitch.

 

Fonderies de Sougland were also part of technical workshop arranged by CCI International Hauts-de-France : Selling to German industry, animated by Régis Wallet, Business Consulting and Support Manager.
